Me and the wifey were thinking about getting into the E bike World, was visiting Chattanooga, and saw this place and thought we would check it out, long story short, we walked out with $4500 worth of e bikes, and it was worth every penny!! John and Clark, walked us through the basics and explained everything! I’ve got to say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had and we absolutely love our bikes( I got the Velotric Summit & she, Big Sur with smaller tires) Thanks, John and Clark for a job well done👍😎

We came to Chattanooga to celebrate our anniversary and one of our to do’s was seeing the city via renting e-bikes and after a Google search I had two options and couldn’t be happier to have made the right choice! I emailed John the owner at 8am with my details and we pulled up to a safe lot to park our car behind his shop and our brand new bikes were ready immediately as One of his people I think it was Clark walked us through the basics and using the lock. Both John and Carl couldn’t have been nicer and had us out the door and riding in 10 minutes! The bikes were fantastic and what a wonderful way to discover more about this wonderful city that we will be moving to in 18 months. And……buying some e-bikes from John! He never even brought it up but we enjoyed them so much we will have to have a set along with our regular bikes and I can’t think of anywhere else I’d consider buying them! Thanks again John and Carl for a great experience for these “ tourists”!

Bought a Gazelle E Bike today and took it for 3 hour ride as soon as I got home… down RiverWalk and S Chick Creek… bike was great and super excited about it… staff was great and super helpful… I did some research and had looked at several but was really impressed with their knowledge of the bikes… I was really close to ordering one online but glad I went here to look…

Came in to browse and see what they had. John is very helpful and answered all my questions about electric bikes. I only had a brief experience with e-bikes before. After test riding several bikes from the floor, my wife and I found the perfect bikes for each of us. It’s nice to have the ability to ride and feel how each bike is a little different from each other to find the one that suits you. They have a nice level lot behind the store for free parking and test rides. They also have a lot of accessories to go with your new bike. The fact that it is local and not online is great to have that human interaction. The store is open all weekend which is very convenient. We ended up getting the Big Sur bikes, the small tire for her and the big tire for me. Very nice quality bikes to choose from. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is interested or on the fence about an e-bike to go by and just look around and enjoy some great music and the relaxing vibe.

Reliable, fair, best bike experience I’ve ever had! Cannot recommend them enough!
